At Navish Collection By Vaishali, we ensure every outfit is carefully checked before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong products.

  • Product opening video is mandatory for any claim.

  • Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

  • Customers must self-ship the product for exchange unless the issue is from our side.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
